Terms of use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you use myfuneraldirectorfinder.co.uk (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is owned and operated by Virtual Campaign Management Ltd (“VCM”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales with company number 09216658. Registered office: Santa Maria, Wilsons Way, Meopham, Gravesend, Kent DA13 0DW. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What the site is

My Funeral Director Finder is a directory of funeral directors and related businesses. We do not arrange funerals, sell funeral plans, give legal or financial advice or act as an agent for any listed business. Our guides give general information only and are not a substitute for professional advice. Any dealings you have with a listed business are between you and that business, on its own terms and conditions.

3. Listings

Listings are compiled from public sources and from information supplied by the businesses themselves. We take reasonable care to check them, but we do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete or up to date. Details such as services, ownership and prices change, so always confirm them with the business and ask for its current price list before you agree to anything.

A listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement, and leaving a business out is not a comment on it.

4. Featured listings and advertising

Some listings may be featured. A featured listing is paid for by the business, appears ahead of standard listings in search results and is labelled “Featured”. Advertising on the site is identified as advertising. Paid placement does not mean we have vetted or recommend the business.

5. Submitting or updating a listing

If you send us a listing or an update, you confirm that:

  • you work for the business or are authorised to act for it;
  • the information is accurate and not misleading;
  • it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You give us permission to publish the business details you submit on the site and in related material, and to edit them for length, clarity and consistency. We check every submission before publication and may decline, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.

6. Using the site

You may use the site to find and contact funeral directors and related businesses for your own purposes. You must not:

  • copy, scrape or harvest listings in bulk, or use automated tools to build a database from the site, without our written permission;
  • use contact details from the site to send unsolicited marketing;
  • attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it or misuse its forms.

Search engines and AI assistants may index and summarise the site in the normal way.

7. Links to other websites

Listings link to websites run by other organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for anything that happens when you use them.

8. Intellectual property

The design of the site, the guides and the way the directory is compiled and arranged belong to VCM or its licensors. Business names, logos and trade marks shown in listings belong to their owners.

9. Our responsibility to you

The site is provided for general information, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on a listing, or from your dealings with a listed business. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal information and cookies.

11. Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last revised.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
